Stefano Masino is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Public Sector and Tech & Digital Advantage practices. He works primarily on economic development projects in the public sector and on digital transformations across public and private sector, with a focus on B.O.T. (build, operate, transfer). Stefano has over 20 years of consulting and corporate experience at the intersection of HR, people, organization design, and digital. He has led engagements in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.
Stefano's clients have included companies in the public and private sector (including ministries, public sector entities, private equity, tech, industrial goods, and automotive). He has practical experience in economic development, organization and target operating model design and implementation, digital transformation and enablement, carve-outs, and post-merger integrations.
Before joining the firm, Stefano worked at Mercer, Pirelli, and Deloitte Consulting.
