Susanne Locklair is part of the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team at Boston Consulting Group. In this capacity, Susanne develops the global external DE&I thought leadership pipeline and strategy including priority topics for gender, LGBTQ, and ethnic/racial diversity. She leads development of content for publications, manages research and interview processes to support content development, drives content-related activities surrounding BCG’s participation in public forums, and works with clients and BCG teams to assess organizations’ diversity and inclusion status.
Before holding her current position, Susanne was part of the Financial Institutions practice core group at the firm, and worked on the Retail Banking Excellence Benchmark team. Prior to joining BCG, Susanne worked for more than eight years at Deutsche Bank in various project management functions. In addition to her MBA, Susanne has earned certification from the Gender Diversity Programme at INSEAD
