Sylvain Santamarta is a senior member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice. He has been a member of that practice for more than 16 years. Sylvain works with clients throughout the energy industry, leading large-scale transformational change. He is the founder of BCG’s Center for Digital in Oil & Gas, leads the Climate and Sustainability Transformation offering for BCG globally, and established BCG’s Center for Sustainability Policy and Regulation.
Sylvain brings 25 years of experience in the energy industry with a specific focus on strategy and transformation in the context of the energy transition. Prior to joining BCG, Sylvain worked for seven years with Shell International where he held several positions in upstream oil and gas and corporate finance.
