Tadamitsu Nishida joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods and Transform practices, and has strong expertise in managing complex, large-scale programs.
Tadamitsu works primarily with companies in the manufacturing industry, including automotive OEMs, automotive parts, chemicals, materials, and electronic components manufacturers, on enterprisewide transformations, structural reforms addressing both business and organizational aspects, B2B pricing, and growth strategy development.
Prior to joining BCG, Tadamitsu worked at the Japanese government’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
