Takashi Ito joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021. He is a core member of BCG’s Transform and Operations practices.

Takashi works with companies in the industrial goods and consumer goods industries to improve their business performance by implementing companywide transformation that focuses on reducing direct material procurement costs.

Prior to joining BCG, Takashi worked at Alix Partners, A.T.Kearney, and Nippon Steel Corporation, often serving as interim CEO and CPO (Chief Procurement Officer) for consumer goods manufacturers, food manufacturers, and food service companies.
