Takeshi Okamoto joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He is a core member of the firm’s Health Care and Operations practices.
Takeshi works with medical institutions and governments in relation to health care. In particular, he has extensive experience in profitability improvement and mid-term corporate plan formulation as a solution to a wide range of issues faced by medical institutions.
Prior to joining BCG, Takeshi worked at PWC.
