Teresa Espírito Santo is a core member of the Energy, Financial Institutions, and People & Organization practices at The Boston Consulting Group. Since joining BCG in 2004, Teresa has focused her client work on the energy sector, and she has acquired deep experience in People & Organization topics across different industries.
Her work with clients includes the conceptualization and implementation of a revenue-growth strategy for a major company in Portugal and the establishment of a global sourcing unit for a major electric player in Portugal.
