Thibaud Aschbacher joined Boston Consulting Group in 2018. He leads the Product Chapter for BCG X, and is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Financial Institutions practices, with a focus on climate and sustainability, innovation, and AI.
Over the past five years, Thibaud has led the launch of more than ten new businesses for clients in Africa, Latin America, and Europe. Recent projects include launching a carbon farming business to support farmers in their transition into sustainable agriculture and scaling it up internationally, structuring an industrial player launching the production of critical climate-transition components, accelerating the growth of a desalination water business leveraging renewable energies, and helping a fintech identify new areas of adjacent growth to prepare its fundraising effort.
Before joining the firm, Thibaud was an M&A analyst at Edmond de Rothschild.
