Vadim Gouterman leads Boston Consulting Group's business transformation practice, BCG Transform, in Canada. As a leader of the practice, he helps organizations unlock their full potential and accelerate performance and value creation in a sustainable way. He is also a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice at the firm.

Since joining BCG in 2008, Vadim has led transformations in multiple industries, including telecommunications, media, technology, financial services, and fleets. He has also helped numerous clients redesign their go-to-market approach, develop and implement innovation strategies, accelerate organic and M&A-driven growth, and improve operational performance. He has acquired expertise in the telecommunications and semiconductor industries working across full value chain in these areas.

Prior to joining BCG, Vadim spent ten years working in the telecom equipment and semiconductor industries, including helping to build two startups. He holds more than ten U.S. patents in the semiconductor field.
