Vinayak Tendulkar joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. In addition to the Tokyo office, he has worked at firm’s Mumbai, Melbourne, and Montreal offices. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods, Global Advantage, and Technology & Digital Advantage practices.

Vinayak has worked with major Japanese companies mainly in industrial goods industries. His experience includes M&A, market entry strategies, and business turnaround.

Vinayak also leads BCG's Japan-India corridor initiative aimed at promoting Japanese companies’ entry and business expansion into the Indian market.

Prior to joining BCG, Vinayak worked at Tata Consultancy Services Japan.
