Will Bate joined the Boston Consulting Group in 2012 and is a core member of the Consumer and DigitalBCG practices, with expertise in large-scale change. He brings deep experience working with companies across the consumer and consumer services sectors, with a focus on portfolio strategy and digital transformation topics.
Will co-leads the Consumer practice in the Northeast and has served as recruiting director and head of Family@BCG in Washington, DC.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a high yield bond investor with Guggenheim Partners.
