WuDi Wu is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Consumer and Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practices. He coleads the PIPE practice for the Great Lakes region.
Within the Consumer practice, WuDi works with consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients on topics such as portfolio/M&A strategy, growth strategy, go-to-market, and pricing.
Within the Private Equity practice, WuDi works on buy-sides, sell-sides, and portfolio companies in the consumer space, including food and beverage brands, contract manufacturers, and car washes.
