Yahya Daraaoui is a core member of the BCG Transform practice area and leads BCG Transform in France. He has more than 25 years of experience in turnaround and restructuring. He has helped clients with deep operational improvements, comprehensive cost reduction programs, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and complex carve-outs. Yahya helps corporate clients as well as financial sponsors to stabilize and protect their businesses and rapidly increase stakeholder value.

Yahya has worked on the design and implementation of complex and comprehensive turnarounds and performance improvement programs for companies across multiple industries. His case experience includes reshaping entire cost structures and enhancing cash flow and liquidity management. Yahya has worked for clients in multiple industries including consumer and retail, FMCG, oil and gas, industrial products, automotive, and high tech.

Prior to joining BCG, Yahya was a Managing Director at AlixPartners, where he spent 12 years, focusing on complex, time sensitive matters to protect and enhance stakeholder value. Yahya is fluent in French, Italian, and English.
