Yannick Bastubbe is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations practice. He has worked with clients in the automotive industry focusing on Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs, as well as in industrial goods, consumer goods, biopharma, and private equity. He has served clients across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Yannick's recent engagements include developing the factory of the future target picture and implementing over 30 use cases in the lighthouse plant of a tier 1 auto supplier, developing the AI full potential plan in operations of a premium OEM, and conducting multiple full-potential plan projects across industries.

Currently, Yannick is focusing on the impact of AI, especially Generative AI and cognitive robotics on operations. In addition, he is serving as a fellow at the World Economic Forum to work on the transformative impact of AI agents in manufacturing. Before joining the firm, He worked at Faurecia Automotive Exteriors in São Paulo as Project Management System Supervisor of the South America Division.
