Yashraj Erande leads Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in India and is the global leader for the firm's fintech work. He originally joined BCG in 2006 and rejoined in January 2021. From 2019 to 2021, he founded a credit fintech (NBFC) platform.

Yashraj works with ambitious founders, CEOs, and boards of financial institutions and fintechs to help them develop a bold vision and create a distinctive strategy, and execute it successfully. He has considerable experience building businesses from the startup stage to at-scale enterprises, as well as business transformation, creating high performance teams, and raising capital. He also drives thought leadership as part of the Global Fintech Fest (GFF), an annual a global fintech ecosystem gathering, and actively publishes in various platforms and media.
