Yichao Huang joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the People & Organization practice (POP) in Greater China. He is also a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice.

Yichao has extensive case experience in family business succession and “corporate longevity” topics in Greater China. He has helped numerous clients build organizational capabilities–corporate governance, the role of center, re-org, talent strategy, culture transformation, and change management. He works primarily with clients in TMT, consumer goods, industrial goods and automotive, and health care industries. His recent works focus on stimulating corporate vitality and resilience within Chinese private sector organizations, and driving POP-related IP (future of org, longevity, E2E transformation). Yichao is particularly passionate about partnering with clients to design and implement POP offerings and enable change for sustainable impact.

Before joining the firm, Yichao worked at Qualcomm Corporate R&D in San Diego.
