Yohei Kaneko joined Boston Consulting Group in 2014. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Operations practices.
Yohei has worked with clients in automotive, auto components, and discrete manufacturing industries both domestic and multinational, on issues including manufacturing, supply chain networks optimization, and plant indirect costs reduction. He also has rich experience in cross-border transformation and M&A (PMI) supports.
Prior to joining BCG, Yohei worked at Strategy&, formerly Booz and Company.
