Yoshiaki Hori joined Boston Consulting Group in 2019. He is a core member of the firm’s Financial Institutions and People & Organization practices.
Yoshiaki has worked mainly with clients in banking, investment banking, leasing, and insurance. His extensive project experience covers mid- to long-term strategy, organizational reform, sales reform, IT strategy, and digital strategy development.
Prior to joining BCG, Yoshiaki worked at Accenture and Industrial Bank of Japan (now Mizuho Financial Group).
