Yukie Kawamura joined Boston Consulting Group from 1997 to 2014 and rejoined the firm in 2023. She is a core member of BCG’s Public Sector and People & Organization practices.

Yukie has advised clients in a range of industries including central governmental organizations and non-profits on formulating policies and strategies and developing response measures. She has considerable experience supporting talent development, human resource policies, organization strategy, public relations, and marketing. She was previously seconded to the Cabinet Public Affairs Office, Cabinet Secretariat, government of Japan.

Prior to rejoining BCG, Yukie worked as the Co-CEO of ChangeWAVE Inc. and CEO of FACIL’iti Japon, and was Founder and CEO of Cogito Education and Management Inc.
