Zineb Sqalli is a core member of the Financial Institutions, Public Sector, and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. She joined the Paris office of BCG in 2009 as an associate and transferred to Morocco in 2014. Zineb works mainly on strategy, organization, leadership, and new ways of working topics for public and private sector clients in Morocco and West Africa. She was part of the team that initially led BCG activities in North Africa.
Zineb is very active on women empowerment topic in Morocco and Africa. She leads BCG’s work on gender empowerment & inclusion in emerging markets, as well as the ‘Women Initiative’ in Africa, an internal BCG program empowering female consultants.
Prior to joining BCG, Zineb worked at Procter & Gamble, as an assistant supply chain manager, and Ernst & Young as a financial auditor.
