Business Impact Examples

Strategic Financial Inclusion Roadmap. BCG worked with a leading financial services provider to develop a market-driven financial inclusion strategy. By analyzing data from 3.6 million customers, the initiative mapped a regional vision and innovation roadmap, addressing key barriers to financial accessibility. The outcome was a scalable framework that supports both consumer well-being and business growth.
Health Equity Planning. BCG collaborated with a state department of health to develop a three-year strategic roadmap for a revitalized Office of Health Equity. The effort included defining a clear vision and policy framework, leading to 15 executive actions that improved healthcare access and established a model for statewide policy innovation.
Retail Growth and Inclusive Business Strategy. BCG worked with a major North American retailer to develop a five-year strategy focused on market positioning and workforce alignment.
