Ian Frost joined The Boston Consulting Group in 1994. He is a core member of the firm’s Insurance and Financial Institutions practice areas. He formerly led BCG’s practices for the Great Lakes system.
Ian has consulted with leading insurance and financial institution companies on a wide variety of topics including growth, profit improvement, customer experience, and marketing and distribution.
Ian leads BCG’s Consulting People Management Team (CPMT) globally, and is responsible for learning, career development, staffing, and mobility.
Prior to joining BCG, Ian worked at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) and the Prudential Assurance Company.
