Vinciane Beauchene leads the talent and skills offering for Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization (POP) practice. In this role, she focuses on supporting large transformations (GenAI/AI, agile, digital, and data-driven) from the people and organization angle, including upskilling strategy, new ways of working, leadership coaching and team effectiveness, new capability build, change management, performance/talent management and HR function excellence.

Vinciane also belongs to the firm’s Industrial Goods (IG) practice, and has experience in energy management in aerospace and defense and automotive. In addition to the People & Organization (POP) global leadership team and Industrial Goods (IG) global leadership team, Vinciane serves on the AI moonshot team and is a member of BCG U's leadership team. BCG U is the firm's learning solution designed for high performance upskilling at scale to drive true business impact.
