Neeraj Aggarwal oversees Boston Consulting Group’s business in Australia, China, India, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, a region that is home to almost one-third of global Fortune 500 companies, half of all unicorns, and more than half the world's megacities. He is a member of BCG’s Executive Committee.
Prior to this role, Neeraj led the BCG India office from 2015 to 2018. He has over 25 years of experience with clients spanning multiple sectors, and has worked in geographies including Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America.
Neeraj has worked closely with more than 100 CEOs over the years. In his current role, he helps CEOs and chairpersons think through their mandates, set their agendas, and improve the effectiveness of their organizations. He is inspired by clients who challenge conventional wisdom and set new standards for the world to follow.
Recently, much of Neeraj’s work has been focused on the disruptive impact of AI and digital as well as climate and sustainability across businesses. Neeraj is passionate about technology and its potential to transform businesses and society for the better and has played a key role in shaping BCG’s direction in the AI as well as climate and sustainability.
Neeraj is the author of multiple publications on leadership, technology, innovation, climate and sustainability, and how Asia-Pacific is an important blueprint for the changing world. Over the years, Neeraj has been an active participant in WEF Davos, B20, and other industry association dialogues.
Prior to BCG, Neeraj worked at Cadence Design Systems, a Silicon Valley based electronic design automation firm. Neeraj has also played a seminal role in setting up Plaksha University and chairs its Board of Trustees. The university seeks to reimagine technology education and undertake transformative research to address grand challenges.
