Adam Gordon joined Boston Consulting Group in 2005. He leads Boston Consulting Group’s Toronto office and is a core member of BCG’s Consumer and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Adam also leads the firm’s personalization and digital marketing work for travel and tourism.
Adam’s client work has focused on the airline and lodging industries, within which he has helped clients shape high-impact commercial strategies and achieve operational excellence (with a balanced focus on cost, reliability, and customer experience). Adam also has deep experience in loyalty and personalization, having worked with clients in travel, retail, and other industries to deliver winning customer acquisition and offer optimization strategies.
Prior to joining BCG, Adam worked in a leadership role at Qantas Airways based in Sydney. While at Qantas, Adam’s mandate included alliances strategy, loyalty, and operational reliability.
In addition to his client work, Adam leads BCG Canada’s recruiting efforts and is passionate about building and developing strong teams.
