The Mission

We are committed to increasing the ethnic diversity of our firm so that we can continue to bring a strong international outlook to advising global businesses.

Our Programme

  • We have several employee affiliation initiatives designed to build peer-to-peer connections and a sense of belonging, and to ensure all members have the opportunity to develop and succeed at BCG. These include regular social events, formal and informal mentoring, and career support.
  • We actively support BCG’s diversity recruitment strategies, in particular through our partnership with RARE, which supports black students from top universities and help us bring consulting closer to those students. Together, we run a range of activities to provide RARE candidates with a better understanding of BCG and a career in consulting, most notably our “RARE Consult Programme” a five-day programme of events and workshops.
  • We continue to invest in new partnerships such as WCAN (Women in the City Afro Caribbean Network) a social enterprise dedicated to the professional development of Black women.
