BCGは2030年までに気候変動への影響をネットゼロ(実質ゼロ)とし、その後はクライメートポジティブを実現する、つまり排出量を上回るCO2を大気中から除去することを宣言しています。

BCG's Net Zero Partnerships

We are committed to supporting efforts at increasing the adoption of sustainable aviation fuel and decarbonizing air travel. Click below to learn more about our partnerships with these organizations.
BCG has partnered with Neste to purchase SAF to be delivered to SAS and Finnair in 2021, which will cover the volume of all travel on those airlines by BCG employees in the Nordics.
BCG is a founding member of the Qantas Sustainable Aviation Fuel Coalition, which seeks to help decarbonize Australia’s airline industry.
BCG has established an eight-year partnership with SkyNRG, a pioneer and global leader in SAF, to purchase sustainable fuel for business travel flights starting in 2022 through the innovative Board Now program.
BCG is a founding member of SABA, which aims to accelerate the path to net zero aviation by driving investment in SAF, catalyzing SAF production and technological innovation, and supporting policy engagement.
BCG has partnered with Twelve, through SABA, to purchase sustainable aviation fuel certificates, which will reduce 4,000 metric tons of CO2 between 2026 and 2029 using innovative Power-to-Liquid (PtL) technology.
By joining this first-of-its-kind program, BCG, along with more than a dozen other corporations, has contributed toward the purchase of approximately 3.4 million gallons of SAF in 2021.
BCG has signed a 5-year partnership through SABA with World Energy, a leader in sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), to purchase SAF certificates, which will reduce 100,000 metric tons of CO2 between 2024 and 2029.

BCG is a founding partner of Breakthrough Energy Catalyst, a groundbreaking program to accelerate the development of the climate-smart technologies necessary to achieve net zero emissions by 2050.
We partner with Climate Impact Partners, which brings more than 20 years’ experience and a global network of project partners, to generate positive climate impact and provide solutions for achieving carbon neutrality and net zero targets.
As an inaugural supporter of Carbon by Indigo, BCG is helping achieve long-term climate impact from the ground up by supporting farmers’ efforts to adopt sustainable practices that reduce emissions and remove carbon from the atmosphere.
BCG has established a five-year agreement with CarbonCapture to remove 40,000 tons of CO2. This represented the second-largest deal of its kind when announced.
Building on their first carbon removal partnership announced in 2021, Climeworks and BCG signed in December 2023 an unprecedented 15-Year agreement to remove 80,000 tons of CO2.
BCG has joined LEAF, a new public-private coalition coordinated by the nonprofit Emergent, which aims to mobilize more than $1 billion to protect tropical forests and enhance global climate action.
BCG is the first customer to purchase biochar carbon credits from NetZero, a startup dedicated to long-term carbon removal, as part of our commitment to achieve net zero climate impact by 2030.
BCG has joined the NextGen CDR Facility which brings together climate leaders from across industries and geographies to scale up high-quality carbon removals.
BCG is partnering with Pachama—which uses satellite data and AI models to measure and monitor the carbon stored in forests—to invest in nature through high-quality carbon credits.
BCG agreed to purchase 21,000 metric tons of carbon dioxide removal (CDR) credits over three years from STATOS, 1PointFive’s first industrial-scale DAC facility currently under construction.

CO2 AI

BCG commits to comply with California’s Voluntary Carbon Market Disclosures Act (AB 1305). Claims linked to BCG’s net zero program, including carbon neutral company certification, are verified for accuracy by an independent third-party as outlined in the latest sustainability report. BCG purchases voluntary carbon offsets sold within California, and discloses the pertaining entity, project, carbon offset, protocol, and verification information here.
