Adwoa N. Banful is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Climate & Sustainability practice specializing in energy, particularly in Africa. She has experience in a broad range of topics within the climate and sustainability space, including policy, adaptation and resilience, developing country transition, implementation, and climate finance.

Adwoa has also worked extensively across Africa on economic development focused on industrialization strategy, foreign direct investment attraction, and financial inclusion. She has been a major contributor to BCG publications regarding COP27 and COP28, as well as Growth Gateway's UK-Africa Green Trade Opportunities.

Before joining the firm, Adwoa worked at Airtel Ghana and IMANI Africa.
