Eric Fournier is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Industrial Goods and People & Organization practices. He specializes in agile for engineered products and engineering performance uplifts. Eric works mostly for large players in aerospace and defense, automotive, and utilities. He is at the forefront of BCG's thinking on agile for mission critical systems and the future of R&D. He also regularly supports midterm strategic reviews and development program recoveries.

Before joining the firm, Eric worked at Roland Berger, General Electric, and BNP Paribas. He has worked in France, Morocco, Germany, Nigeria, the US, China, Hong-Kong, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Dubaï. He is a certified Black Belt Lead Six Sigma, Scrum Master, and Product Owner.
