Julien Ghesquieres serves as global leader of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice, as well as the firm's global corporate finance business. His extensive experience and expertise allow Julien to help his clients on their transformation journeys--from framing the value creation for the company and its shareholders (total shareholder return, strategy, growth initiatives) to operational improvement levers (cost take-out, organization redesign, go-to-market), and sales effectiveness and pricing.

Julien is dedicated to helping clients define their strategic and total shareholder return roadmap by aligning business, financial, and investor strategies, allowing them to deliver stronger and more sustainable TSR. He is a coauthor of the annual BCG Value Creators Report.
