Adrien Duthoit is a core member of the Technology Advantage and Industrial Goods practices at Boston Consulting Group. He helps industrial goods companies conduct and deliver their digital transformation. In particular, Adrien helps those companies build the required capabilities to sustainably undertake such transformations.

In his recent work at BCG, Adrien led multiple projects to frame, launch, and scale digital transformation within the automotive and aerospace and defense systems industries. This included digital strategy framing, target operating model definition, pilot selection and management, value delivery sizing and tracking, technical architecture definition, strategic, workforce planning, change management, and capability building, operation, and transfer.

Adrien joined the firm in 2011.
