Alex Dolya is Boston Consulting Group's global lead for procurement. Since joining the firm in 2010, Alex has supported more than a hundred procurement and supply chain projects globally across variety of industries and sectors, including industrial goods, consumer and retail, energy and mining, transportation and infrastructure, telecom, private equity, and the public sector.

Alex focuses on maximizing value from suppliers through collaborative value creation, supplier relationship management (SRM), competitive negotiations, digital procurement and AI/GenAI, changes in operating model, and upskilling procurement talent. These engagements often include both OPEX and CAPEX excellence, covering large capital projects and EPC.

Alex is passionate about striking the right balance among cost competitiveness, supply chain resilience, and procurement sustainability (including ESG, Scope 3 Upstream, and human rights). He leads BCG's thinking on delivery of optimal level of resilience and sustainability in procurement at competitive cost savings.
