Alex Wachtmeister joined Boston Consulting Group in 2003 and works mostly within the Industrial Goods practice with automotive OEMs and suppliers. He leads the firm’s automotive and mobility work for Germany. Alex has worked with clients around the world, including in China, Korea, Russia, South America, Europe, and Germany. He has specific expertise in China.

Alex has led many strategy and large-scale transformation engagements, and his current focus is companywide transformation, and operations excellence programs.
