Alicia Pittman is the Global People Team chair at Boston Consulting Group and plays an integral role in the firm's Consumer, Operations, and Organization practices.

As Global People Team chair, Alicia is responsible for BCG’s efforts to attract, retain, and develop exceptional talent, ensuring BCG delivers leading-edge capabilities and diversity of perspectives to our clients. Alicia also serves on the firm's Executive and Operating Committees.

Prior to her current role of Global People Team chair, Alicia was the North America Consulting People Team chair and led Women@BCG for North America. Over the last five years, she has played a vital role in shaping BCG’s people strategy through COVID and developing new programs such as Teaming@BCG and Pathways@BCG. Alicia has also been instrumental in upgrading compensation and benefits, strengthening career development processes, and expanding the DEI agenda to prioritize inclusion. These inclusion efforts included co-chairing BCG’s Racial Equity task force and successfully increasing the representation, seniority, and engagement metrics of BCG’s Black and LatinX networks.

Alicia’s passion for BCG’s value of “grow by growing others” guides her approach to mentoring BCGers the world over. Using an approach of deep engagement married with data and transparency, she helps BCG’s current and rising leaders navigate the complexities of the business world and society.

During her time at BCG, Alicia has primarily been part of the Washington, DC office, while her client work has spanned France, the UK, China, Australia, India, and Brazil. Prior to joining the firm, Alicia worked as an intelligence analyst for the CIA, where she specialized in West Africa.
