Managing Director & Partner
Casablanca
Amane Dannouni joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009 and has worked in the Paris, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Casablanca offices. He has served clients across Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
Amane cofounded BCG’s Digital & Technology Enablement Center in Asia Pacific, which helps clients execute and sustain large-scale digital transformation efforts. As part of the center’s outreach, he designed and taught an open online course, in collaboration with University of Virginia Darden School of Business and Coursera, to help the business community examine the pace of digital disruption and the imperative it creates.
Amane has a deep interest in foreseeing how technology in general might invalidate established business models across multiple industries, and how greater economic and social value can be unlocked by developing the right set of digital enablers (alternative digital channels, data and analytics-based decision support, innovation vehicles, etc.). His TED talk on how digital platforms can help local economies has been viewed more than two million times and he now writes a regular article series exploring the intersection of technology with a wide variety of fields: business strategy, human perception, and ethics.
Before joining BCG, Amane had experience in deal financing and strategic due diligences. He has a Master’s degree in engineering and is a data scientist by training.
