Anant Shivraj leads Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice in Southeast Asia, and the transactions and integrations work for Asia Pacific.

In TMT, Anant has led large company-wide transformation programs focusing on revenue and margin expansion, and digital transformation. He has also helped telecommunications and leading technology disruptors build and scale new digital corporate ventures including successful digital platforms and digital financial businesses in the region. Anant has extensive experience building and scaling digital ecosystems

Anant also does significant amount of work in the corporate strategy and corporate development space. He has substantial experience in portfolio strategy and restructuring, corporate transactions, and mergers and acquisitions, including cross-geography efforts. He has led large in-market integrations in the region and multiple joint venture formations, and is an expert on board-related topics for listed corporate centers.

Prior to joining BCG, Anant worked at Dell, where he managed some of the largest software launches for Microsoft, Adobe, and Google products shipping on Dell systems globally. He started his career in the field of intellectual property, on patent analytics. Anant has lived and worked in Singapore, Malaysia and the US.
