Andrea Ventura leads Boston Consulting Group’s Operations practice for Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel, and leads the Operations Center for Italy. He is also a core member of the Industrial Goods practice. 

Andrea is an expert in operations turnaround, manufacturing excellence, product development optimization, lean transformation, and digital enablers for operations excellence. In his recent client work, Andrea developed a new cruise ship production strategy for a leading shipbuilder, played a key role in implementing a global transformation program for a construction company, and collaborated with several other shipbuilding, automotive, and white goods companies. 

Prior to joining BCG, he worked as manager at Porsche Consulting for seven years, focusing on the automotive and industrial goods sectors, and working on transformations, efficiency and lean programs, and turnarounds and reorganizations.
