As a core member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group, Andres Giraldo focuses on retail and consumer goods clients across Latin America. Within consumer goods, he has worked with clients in packaged foods, beverages, dairy products, cosmetics, and health and wellness. His experience in retail includes grocery and specialty retail in mainstream, luxury, and HD formats.

In addition, Andres leads BCG Transform (the firm's practice for large transformations and turnaround projects) in South America and the Caribbean, where he brings his line-management experience to the table to support companies in the implementation of programs including commercial and financial turnaround, digital transformation, market entry, expansion, and full organizational redesign.

Prior to joining BCG, Andres was a management consultant for six years and later held executive positions as general manager in marketing and sales and strategy with Latin American and European companies.
