As a senior leader in the steel industry, Andrew has extensive experience leading organizations through complex and difficult changes. From large-scale digital transformation programs to the fundamental transformation to complex re-structuring and business turnarounds across Europe, Andrew brings deep expertise to his role at BCG. Andrew advises global BCG industrial goods clients with a focus on digital transformation in value chains.

As Director of Supply Chain & Business at Tata Steel, Andrew led a step-change in performance through a comprehensive digital transformation of the end-to-end supply chain, which delivered a 25% increase in EBITDA and 15% reduction in working capital. Andrew also led the development of the market-facing digital strategy for Europe and developed 2 new digital businesses that launched into commercialization.

Andrew was instrumental in leading the formal introduction of coaching as a leadership style for a multinational commercial function, where he led the capability development program. During his corporate career he always emphasized coaching/mentoring as a leadership style, and since becoming an Executive Coach, he has worked with senior managers and leaders in many industries, helping them succeed in a variety of roles and contexts.
