Andy Levine is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice. He leads the firm's airlines work globally, and focuses broadly on travel and tourism, including aviation, lodging, gaming, travel technology, and transport infrastructure. His engagements have included airline network strategy, pricing and revenue management, customer experience, call center effectiveness, online travel agencies, cruises, return on marketing investment, and customer segmentation.
He is also a member of BCG X, the firm's tech build and design unit, and has led the creation of several AI and advanced analytics tools deployed in clients' commercial and operational functions.
Andy is involved the diversity and inclusion agenda and helping coach and mentor others. He is committed to helping his clients in the industry fundamentally rethink their strategies across a range of commercial and operational topics, especially through innovative digital solutions and advanced analytics.
Before joining BCG, he worked at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and Cornerstone Research.
