Brian Gross is Boston Consulting Group's North America Chief Operating Officer. In this role, he oversees the firm's operations, human resources, and business services teams in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Brian also serves on BCG's Global Operations Leadership Team and plays key leadership roles on the firm's North America COVID-19 Response Team and Racial Equity Taskforce. He is an active member of BCG's Pride Network.

Brian came to BCG in 2007 as a summer consultant, and joined fulltime in 2008 in the Los Angeles office. During his time serving clients at BCG, Brian worked within numerous practices including Consumer, Industrial Goods, Financial Institutions, and Health Care.

Brian brings over ten years of professional experience prior to BCG, including business development roles for RR Donnelley, BAX Global, and Emery Worldwide, and three years as Director of Recruiting Services at a Boston-based talent consultancy. Brian serves on the board of Trustees of his alma mater, the University of Puget Sound.
