Ceyda Atay Haga is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's global Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice. As the people chair for TMT in the Nordics, she drives the practice's people priorities and agenda. She has over ten years of international experience in delivering large-scale strategic top-line and bottom-line transformations for clients in multiple industries and geographies, primarily focusing on technology companies and telecom operators.

Ceyda has led multiple large-scale transformations with a focus on growth and innovation strategy and operating model and organization design. She has significant expertise in transformation excellence with a track record of designing, setting up, and steering large end-to-end transformation programs across the Nordics, Asia, Europe, Africa. and Australia.

Before joining BCG in 2022, Ceyda was a Principal at Kearney, and before that, held technology-related positions at Procter & Gamble, Infosys and Cisco.
