Chris Fletcher is a member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group, with a focus on retail and consumer goods clients—in particular, food companies across the value chain (manufacturers, retailers, and restaurant clients). 

Chris’s focus has primarily been on designing and leading multi-year value-creation programs. He has comprehensive experience across operations (including cost reduction, network reviews, capital programs), strategy and corporate development (including strategic planning and shareholder value creation), local performance improvement and turnarounds, and organizational topics (including restructuring programs and top-level design). 

Chris is an active leader in BCG’s Canadian practice, with leadership roles in people development, and diversity and inclusion agendas. He previously led recruiting at BCG. He also currently serves as a board member for the Maple Leaf Centre for Action on Food Security.
