Christian Gruss joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is a lead member of BCG's Transform Practice, and the regional practice leader for Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Africa. He is an experienced transformation leader with a track record of steering very large end-to-end transformation programs across Europe and in many industries including consumer and industrial goods.
Christian is passionate about client service and the impact BCG can create for its clients. Before joining BCG, he worked for a consulting firm specializing in restructuring and turnaround, where he focused on corporate restructurings and operational turnarounds, specifically involving clients that are experiencing various forms of distress.
