Christine Astorino is a digital leader in design, customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX), and marketing, who joined Boston Consulting Group and BCG Platinion in April 2020. She specializes in end-to-end journey creation that results in innovative digital, physical, and service design solutions. Her casework is focused on designing data-driven transformational omnichannel experiences for B2C and B2B clients.
Christine applies her unique background in human-centered design and design thinking to drive business value and impact to environments, brands, services, and digital experiences. This expertise has enabled her to deliver meaningful user-centric experiences to myriad Fortune 500 companies in industries including retail, consumer packaged goods, travel, financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, energy, and real estate.
Prior to joining BCG, Christine was a VP at WeWork, where she led global enterprise account teams to deliver real estate strategy, design, workplace, culture transformation, operations, and technology. Before WeWork, she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she was instrumental in leading and shaping McKinsey Design into a value-add function across client engagements. Christine also served as the CMO for GNC Inc., and prior to that, was the Founder and CEO of fathom, her own design thinking and innovation consultancy.
