Christoph Heuser is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice and the automotive team. He has more than ten years of experience in the automotive space, with a strong focus on sales and aftersales, electric mobility, and mobility overall.

Christoph works with his clients on go-to-market strategies and other topics all along the automotive value chain and manufacturing. He has specific expertise in sales of the future, direct sales models, agency contracts, dealership transformations, aftersales, pricing, analytics, and data-driven sales steering. He has worked with industry players in Europe (specifically Germany), the Middle East, and Asia, and he has a strong interest in charging ecosystems and sustainability strategy.

Before joining the firm, Christoph was a Manager at Ricardo Strategic Consulting GmbH in Munich, focusing on the automotive industry, strategy, and operations.
