Constantin Probst joined Boston Consulting Group in 2015. He is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy, Consumer, and Health Care practices at the firm, and has led several multi-year transformations using zero-based budgeting (ZBB). Constantin is part of the ZBB leadership team and was a core member of the team that developed the ZBB methodology for BCG.
In his functional work, he focuses on zero-based budgeting, cost transformation, commercial excellence, business planning, and trade terms optimization. Before joining BCG, Constantin was a consultant at Roland Berger.
