Daniel Gorlin joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. He is the global leader of Boston Consulting Group’s payers, providers, health care systems, and services (PPSS) business within the firm’s Health Care practice. Daniel previously ran BCG’s PPSS team in North America for three years.

For the past two decades, Daniel has led the development and implementation of hundreds of growth and operating transformation strategies for BCG's largest payer and provider clients. He focuses almost exclusively on health care services, especially government insurance programs, including Medicare and Medicaid. He helps his private sector clients build market strategies and transform their go-to-market, clinical, and digital capabilities. He is an expert on regulatory policy and has led industrywide initiatives including helping minorities in underserved communities gain access to COVID-19 vaccine supply.

Prior to joining BCG, Daniel worked as an investment analyst at Argus Partners, a health care oriented hedge fund. Prior to that, he worked in Pfizer’s International and Regulatory Affairs and Federal Governmental Affairs departments, where he helped devise international lobbying strategies on issues including patent compulsory licensing, parallel importing, and price controls.
