Daniel Zepter is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice, and a member of the Culture & Change Management team for the firm. In addition, he is a leading member of the firm's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice, with a focus on public transportation and logistics . He joined the firm in 2013.

Daniel is an expert in large-scale transformations, including cost-cutting in public transportation and logistics. In his recent client work, he has led a large-scale transformation to identify strategic value levers and drive enterprise value for a global logistics company, and a cost-cutting program in a decentralized environment with strong unions for a transportation company. He also worked with several rail and public transportation companies on transformations, growth opportunities, reorganizations, and process optimizations.

Before coming to BCG, Daniel was an officer in the German Armed Forces for 12 years, serving as a press relations officer and in the Military Counter-Intelligence Service.
