Dominik Degen is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice at Boston Consulting Group. He is global team leader for the Transactions & Integrations Knowledge team. Dominik's client work focuses on corporate finance and corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and post-merger integration.
Within transactions and integrations, Dominik works with clients on both the buy-side (from M&A strategy and target search to post-merger integration) and on the sell-side supporting divestitures, IPOs, and spin-offs. He also has experience in financial restructurings, business valuation, and financial modeling.
Before joining the firm, Dominik was a vice president at Value Trust Financial Advisors SE in Munich, and an investment banking analyst at Duff & Phelps GmbH in Munich. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) Charterholder.
